Parents must supervise all children at all times in the pool and backyard.
No lifeguards on duty or pool fence.
Please note that we have a Ring doorbell for safety and have a security system with an outdoor camera in the backyard. Rest easy knowing that the camera feeds are not monitored and are solely for security purposes.
Smoking/Drugs: The house has a strict no smoking or vaping inside the home If any evidence of smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances is detected on the premises, reservation may be cancelled and additional fees applied.

Neighborhood overviewThe Lookout Hideaway is located just at the base of Lookout Mountain, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are a quick drive to shopping, entertainment, hiking and everything that Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer!
Getting aroundThere is plenty of room in the driveway for 4 vehicles. The neighborhood is walkable and there is a coffee shop walking distance from the home, but is mostly car dependent. The home is 5 minutes from freeways and is a straight shot to local attractions.
